B. Cases where Exchange and Return are Not Possible (Restriction on Withdrawal of Offer)
Please note that withdrawal of offer (refund) may be legally restricted in the following cases.
Where the product, etc., is lost or damaged due to a cause attributable to the consumer. (However, this excludes cases where packaging is damaged to check the contents of the product)
Where the value of the product, etc., has significantly decreased over time to the extent that it is difficult to resell (e.g., food, products with an expiration date)
Where the packaging of a reproducible product has been damaged (e.g., CD, DVD, software)
Where the product is custom-made or individually produced, and irreparable damage to the seller is expected (provided that this fact was separately notified and written consent was received in advance)
