Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to stipulate the conditions of use and overall operational matters of the services provided by "JMCO" (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").
Article 2 (Definitions)
The principal terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:
① Member: A person who has agreed to the Site's terms, provided personal information, registered as a member, concluded a service agreement with the Site, and uses the Site.
② Service Agreement: The agreement concluded between the Site and the Member regarding the use of the Site.
③ Member ID (hereinafter referred to as "ID"): A unique combination of letters and numbers assigned to each Member for the purpose of identifying the Member and enabling their use of the services.
④ Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the Member to confirm that the Member matches the assigned ID and to protect the Member's rights and interests.
⑤ Operator: The person who establishes and operates the homepage on the service.
⑥ Termination: The act of the Member canceling the Service Agreement.
Article 3 (Application of Supplementary Rules)
The Operator may separately announce and guide operational policies when necessary. In case of conflict between these Terms and the operational policies, the operational policies shall prevail.
Article 4 (Conclusion of Service Agreement)
① The Service Agreement is established by the agreement to the content of these Terms and the application for membership by the person intending to register as a Member and use the Site, and the Operator's acceptance of the application.
② A person who intends to register as a Member and use the services expresses their intent to agree to these Terms by reading these Terms and selecting "I agree" below when applying for membership on the Site.
Article 5 (Application for Service Use)
① A user who intends to register as a Member and use the Site must provide all necessary information requested by the Site (User ID, password, nickname, etc.).
② A Member who steals the information of others or registers false information, or otherwise fails to register their true information, may not assert any rights regarding the use of the Site and may be subject to legal punishment in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Article 6 (Personal Information Processing Policy)
The Site and the Operator do not possess the password among the personal information provided upon membership registration, and matters related to this shall comply with the Site's Personal Information Processing Policy.
The Operator endeavors to protect the Member's personal information, including the Member registration information, as prescribed by relevant laws and regulations.
Matters concerning the protection of the Member's personal information shall comply with relevant laws and regulations and the Personal Information Processing Policy set by the Site.
However, the Operator bears no responsibility whatsoever for information exposed due to reasons attributable to the Member.
If a Member registers or distributes illegal posts, such as those that are harmful to public morals or violate national security, the Operator may view the Member's data and submit such data to the relevant institution upon request from the relevant institution.
Article 7 (Obligations of the Operator)
① The Operator shall process opinions or complaints raised by the using Members as quickly as possible if they are deemed justified. However, if prompt processing is difficult due to personal circumstances, the Operator shall do its best by providing notice afterwards or sending a note or email to the using Member.
② The Operator may request the Site to repair or restore facilities without delay if they are damaged or lost, for the continuous and stable provision of the Site. However, the operation of the Site may be temporarily suspended in case of natural disasters or other unavoidable reasons of the Site or the Operator.
Article 8 (Obligations of the Member)
① The Member must comply with the matters stipulated in these Terms, the general regulations set by the Operator, public notices, operational policies, and other matters announced by the Site, as well as relevant laws and regulations, and must not interfere with the Site's business or damage the Site's reputation.
② The Member may not assign, donate, or provide as collateral the right to use the services or other status under the Service Agreement to a third party without the express consent of the Site.
③ The user must exercise considerable care in managing their ID and password and may not provide their ID to a third party for use without the consent of the Operator or the Site.
④ The Member must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Operator, the Site, or a third party.
Article 9 (Service Usage Time)
① In principle, the service usage time is 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there is a special hindrance in terms of business or technology. However, the Site may temporarily suspend the service on a date or at a time set by the Site for system regular inspection, expansion, or replacement, and the temporary suspension of the service due to scheduled work will be announced on the Site's homepage in advance, so please check it frequently.
② However, the Site may temporarily or permanently suspend the service without prior notice or warning in the following cases:

In case of urgent system inspection, expansion, replacement, failure, or malfunction.

In case of unavoidable reasons such as a national emergency, power outage, or natural disaster.

When the key telecommunications business operator stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act ceases telecommunication services.

When there is an obstacle to the normal use of the service due to an excessive surge in service use.
③ In the event of service suspension pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the Site shall notify the Member in advance through public notices, etc. However, if prior notice is impossible due to service suspension caused by reasons beyond the Site's control, post-notice shall suffice.
Article 10 (Termination of Service Use)
① If a Member wishes to terminate the Service Agreement with the Site, the Member must apply for membership termination online. Meanwhile, termination of the Service Agreement with the Site must be done separately from the termination of the Site use.
② Simultaneously with the application for termination, the program related to the Site provided by the Site will be automatically deleted from the Member management screen, and the Operator will no longer be able to view the information of the applicant for termination.
Article 11 (Restriction of Service Use)
A Member shall not commit any of the following acts, and if such an act is committed, the Site may restrict the Member's use of the service and take appropriate measures, or terminate the Service Agreement or suspend the service for a specified period.
① Registering false information when applying for membership or changing information after joining.
② Interfering with the use of the Site by others or stealing information.
③ Impersonating the Site's operations staff, employees, or related personnel.
④ Infringing upon the personality rights or intellectual property rights of the Site or a third party or interfering with their business.
⑤ Illegally using the ID of another Member.
⑥ Collecting, storing, or disclosing the personal information of other Members without their consent.
⑦ Acts objectively judged to be associated with a crime.
⑧ Other acts that violate relevant laws and regulations.
Article 12 (Management of Posts)
① The responsibility for the management and operation of posts and data on the Site rests with the Operator. The Operator shall constantly monitor for problematic posts and data, and upon discovery or receipt of a report of problematic posts and data, shall delete the relevant posts and data and issue a warning to the Member who registered them.
Meanwhile, the Member themselves is responsible for the posts they upload, so Members should not post content that violates these Terms of Service.
② If there is a request for correction from a public institution such as the Korea Communications Standards Commission, the Operator may delete or move the post without the Member's prior consent.
③ The criteria for judging problematic posts are as follows:

Content that severely insults or damages the reputation of another Member or a third party.

Content that is disseminated or linked in violation of public order and morality.

Content that encourages illegal copying or hacking.

Advertisements for commercial purposes.

Content objectively recognized as associated with a crime.

Content that infringes upon copyrights or other rights of other users or a third party.

Other content judged to violate relevant laws and regulations.
④ If the Site and the Operator receive a request for temporary suspension of a post (suspension of transmission) from a third party on the grounds of defamation, infringement of intellectual property rights, etc., they may temporarily suspend the post, and shall comply if a lawsuit, settlement, or other decision equivalent thereto by a related institution is reached between the requesting party and the post registrant and is received by the Site.
Article 13 (Retention of Posts)
If the Site Operator inevitably suspends the operation of this Site due to unavoidable circumstances, they will make efforts to take all measures to notify the Members in advance and facilitate the transfer of posts.
Article 14 (Copyright of Posts)
① The copyright of a post uploaded by a Member on the Site belongs to the Member who posted it. Furthermore, the Site may not use the post commercially without the poster's consent. However, this shall not apply in case of non-commercial purposes, and the Site shall have the right to publish it within the service.
② The Member may not commercially use the data posted on the service, such as arbitrarily processing or selling the information obtained through the service.
③ The Operator may delete, move, or refuse to register the content or posted material within the Site that the Member posts or registers without prior notice if it is deemed to fall under any of the subparagraphs of Article 12.
Article 15 (Damages)
① The primary civil and criminal liability for all events occurring on this Site rests with the Member themselves.
② The Operator shall not compensate for damages if the damage received by the Member from this Site is caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or by the Member's intentional act or negligence.
Article 16 (Exemption)
① The Operator shall be exempt from liability for any losses incurred because the Member did not obtain the expected profit from the Site's service provision, or for damages resulting from the selection or use of service materials.
② The Operator shall be exempt from liability in cases of failures in the electrical telecommunication services provided by the service infrastructure of this Site or other telecommunication operators, and damages arising in connection with the service infrastructure of this Site shall be governed by the Site's Terms of Service.
③ The Operator assumes no responsibility whatsoever with regard to the data stored, posted, or transmitted by the Member.
④ The Operator shall not be liable for service usage obstacles caused by reasons attributable to the Member.
⑤ The Operator assumes no responsibility for all activities between Members, or between a Member and a third party, or within or outside of this service of the Member (including data transmission and other community activities).
⑥ The Operator assumes no responsibility for the authenticity, reliability, accuracy, or content of the data posted or transmitted by the Member and all materials that the Member can receive from this Site.
⑦ The Operator shall not be responsible for any losses arising from transactions of goods, etc., conducted between Members or between a Member and a third party mediated by the service.
⑧ The Operator assumes no responsibility for any disputes arising between Members or between a Member and a third party without reasons attributable to the Operator.
⑨ The Operator shall not be responsible for damages to the Member caused by system failures that may occur without intentional or grave negligence equivalent to intent during the management, inspection, maintenance, or replacement of facilities such as servers, or during the operation of software, system failures caused by third-party attacks, the spread of computer viruses for which countermeasures have not been developed by renowned research institutes or security-related companies in Korea and abroad, or other force majeure events beyond the Operator's control.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms shall take effect from <2025-07-18>.
